Executive Board

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen was founded in 2016 by John Pelletier, Kevin Dahlberg and Kevin Bogenreif to provide a forum for business owners, company executives and professionals to network and socialize within an environment of  trust and friendship. Many of the events will also endeavor to benefit select charitable and philanthropic objectives.

Kevin Dahlberg - Founder

Kevin Dahlberg is a senior executive, investor, and entrepreneur with experience in the finance, software, oil and gas, and real estate sectors.  He has served in various leadership roles including:  President of RG Insurance Services, Inc., where he pioneered a revolutionary insurance product; Vice President of Hillwood Investments, a Perot Company, where he developed and managed a US$100 million real estate fund in Japan; Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending with Archon Financial, a Goldman Sachs Company; and investment and fund management with the Lone Star Opportunity Fund, Key Corp/Key Bank, The FDIC and Fidelity Investments. 

 

Kevin received his B.B.A. from Baylor University, with concentrations in Real Estate, Management and Entrepreneurship and served in the U.S. Naval Reserves for 8 years as an Intelligence Reserve Liaison.

Kevin Bogenreif - Founder

Kevin Bogenreif is a Corporate Banker with Texas Capital Bank where he focuses on providing capital to middle-market businesses predominately $5-20 million in EBITDA. During his tenure at Texas Capital Bank he has representative transaction experience in management buy-out financings, growth capitalizations, and has helped facilitate over $200 million in M&A transactions. He has extensive financial knowledge and transactional experience in technology, manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, and many other industries. He currently serves as founder/board member of Marketplace Dallas, a middle-market investment and economic forum, and is also a current board member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) DFW Chapter serving as the Special Events Chair.

 

Prior to Texas Capital Bank, Kevin was a graduate of the Leadership Development Program of BB&T in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and was a lower middle-market banker for BB&T in Texas. Prior to BB&T, Kevin held a Series 3 license in commodities and futures trading, and assisted in market hedging and equity options trading for a private firm. Kevin holds a BBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business in Accounting and has an emphasis in Finance. He is a past Managing Director of Texas Young Professionals Dallas Chapter, part of a statewide organization with over 60,000 members, and additionally served on the leadership of Opportunity International’s local Dallas Young Ambassadors Organization. While not working Kevin is an avid golfer, seasoned traveler, and is also an instrument rated private pilot and can be found at the controls of Beech Bonanza on sunny weekend days. 

John Pelletier - Founder

As Vice President for ESRP, John works with new clients to understand their needs and wants.  ESRP is a national commercial real estate firm providing strategy, services and solutions, including local and multi-national tenant representation, labor analytics, lease/purchase negotiation, sale-leasebacks, construction management and all other corporate office/industrial commercial real estate needs.  Current clients range in size and industry, including NTT Data, Ferguson Brasswell &Fraser, JE Dunn, Ankura Consulting and many others. 

Doug Younie

Doug has over thirty years of corporate planning, financial and venture management experience. Doug is a serial entrepreneur with an early grounding in corporate finance, As an early adopter and subsequently a consultant in the area of corporate and strategic planning, his business experiences combine his analytical abilities with his passion for new ventures.  Doug has been involved in the formation of 15 companies, and an advisor to over 30 others.  Doug has been a key contributor in a wide variety of early stage ventures.  Doug holds a B.S. Degree in Finance and German and an M.B.A. in Finance from San Diego State University.

Shea Davis - Executive Board Emeritus

Shea Davis has over twenty-five years of experience as a tax, accounting and finance expert advising companies in complex situations. She currently works with alternative investment funds and family offices as a Managing Director at Burgher Haggard.  Her previously experience ranges from being an Investment Banker in NYC to a Partner and CFO of an emerging private equity fund, as well as both IRS and “Big Four” accounting firm experience.  Shea holds her BBA in Accounting and her Master’s degree in Taxation from Texas A&M University
