The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen was founded in 2016 by John Pelletier, Kevin Dahlberg and Kevin Bogenreif to provide a forum for business owners, company executives and professionals to network and socialize within an environment of trust and friendship.
Kevin Dahlberg - Founder​
Kevin Dahlberg is a senior executive, investor, and entrepreneur with experience in the finance, software, oil and gas, and real estate sectors. He has served in various leadership roles including: President of RG Insurance Services, Inc., where he pioneered a revolutionary insurance product; Vice President of Hillwood Investments, a Perot Company, where he developed and managed a US$100 million real estate fund in Japan; Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending with Archon Financial, a Goldman Sachs Company; and investment and fund management with the Lone Star Opportunity Fund, Key Corp/Key Bank, The FDIC and Fidelity Investments.
Kevin received his B.B.A. from Baylor University, with concentrations in Real Estate, Management and Entrepreneurship and served in the U.S. Naval Reserves for 8 years as an Intelligence Reserve Liaison.
John Pelletier - Founder
As Vice President for ESRP, John works with new clients to understand their needs and wants. ESRP is a national commercial real estate firm providing strategy, services and solutions, including local and multi-national tenant representation, labor analytics, lease/purchase negotiation, sale-leasebacks, construction management and all other corporate office/industrial commercial real estate needs. Current clients range in size and industry, including NTT Data, Ferguson Brasswell &Fraser, JE Dunn, Ankura Consulting and many others.
Charles Lipscomb
Born and raised in Dallas, Charles attended Cistercian Preparatory School, Vanderbilt University and University of Texas at Dallas School of Business Management. He has been a principal of The Lipscomb Insurance Group since its inception in 1992. He served as a Producer for the preceding company, Forrest F. Lipscomb & Co., from 1989 to 1992. Charles also served as Jr. High Youth Minister at St. Michael’s and All Angels Church from 1987 to 1989.
Charles is currently Chairman of Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and sits on the board of the Dallas Historical Society and the Commemorative Air Force. Charles is currently on the insurance committee at Dallas Country Club. Charles was the past President of the Board of Trustees of Preston Hollow Presbyterian School, and served is a member of the Board of Trustees of Cistercian Preparatory School where he chaired a capital campaign for the school. In 2017, Charles won the outstanding alumnus award for Cistercian Preparatory School. Charles was on the Board of Trustees for the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas from 2004-2006 and again from 2014-2020.
Doug Younie
Doug has over thirty years of corporate planning, financial and venture management experience. Doug is a serial entrepreneur with an early grounding in corporate finance, As an early adopter and subsequently a consultant in the area of corporate and strategic planning, his business experiences combine his analytical abilities with his passion for new ventures. Doug has been involved in the formation of 15 companies, and an advisor to over 30 others. Doug has been a key contributor in a wide variety of early stage ventures. Doug holds a B.S. Degree in Finance and German and an M.B.A. in Finance from San Diego State University.
Drey Anthony
Drey has been a successful Business Leader for the last 25+ years. He has a passion for seizing an opportunity, creating a vision, recruiting the top team, mitigating risk and barriers for team and building a successful and profitable business around the opportunity! He is the current CEO of Romack Healthcare. Romack Healthcare is a $50 million division of the Romack family of companies. He also runs the Family Investment firm of Proserve Group Limited Partnership. Proserve specializes in venture for the Technology, Healthcare and Commercial Real Estate verticals.

He has achieved success by really understanding his clients needs and helping them with “out of the box” solutions. He has maintained extensive partnerships with many Fortune 100 clients. Many of these partnerships have been in place for 20+ years. He is a 1988 Graduate of Texas A&M University.
Gage Dutkin
After establishing an award-winning venture and completing prestigious accelerator programs across the country, Gage kicked off his career in Dallas in 2020 upon graduating with an MBA in Technology Commercialization from Texas Tech University. He started his own consulting practice focused on startups, venture capital, M&A, and family office - which led him to several prominent Dallas based clients, including TKV-6 Strategies and 3CR-Riverbend.
In his current role, Gage works closely with Founders to successfully exit their business to a value driven strategic acquirer. Gage is also an active angel investor in "Better-For-You" Food & Beverage, AutoTech, Energy Storage, and CleanTech sector.

Tiffany Ramirez
Tiffany Ramirez has nearly 20 years of investment industry experience spanning hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital, family offices, and wealth management. Her expertise includes legal and compliance, accounting and operations, and investor relations and marketing. Ms. Ramirez is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Aplomado Advisors, LLC, a short-biased investment adviser that manages capital for hedge funds, institutional clients, and high net worth individuals. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2004. Ms. Ramirez is actively involved in several professional and charitable organizations. She is a member of Texas Wall Street Women and has served the organization in various capacities since it was founded in 2007; including Board Member, Philanthropy Chair, Dallas City Head, and Angel Advisor. She resides in Plano with her husband, an attorney specializing in securities law.
Jon-Paul Tabor
Jon Paul is a DFW local, born in Fort Worth, raised in Rockwall, educated at The University of North Texas and currently living in North Dallas with his wife of 10 years (and high school sweetheart). He spent nearly a decade with a Global, Fortune 300 3rd party logistics provider that taught him the importance of supply management and logistics - managing a portfolio over $100M. From 2013-2020 he was employed with a local small business focusing on material handling and warehouse solutions.
In 2018 he started his first small business, Greenlight Tap Services to support bars, restaurants, entertainment venues & breweries with their draft system needs. The focus of Greenlight Tap is service, maintenance and installations of draft systems. Less than a year after launching GTS, Jon Paul launched his consulting and contracting business – Greenlight LLC, provides sales, leadership and business strategy & consulting across multiple verticals.
Most recently, he started a local wine business, called Vino Coterie, focused on delivering amazing wines to the North Texas and DFW markets thru monthly subscriptions, online e-shop and corporate events.
Jon Paul continues his entrepreneurial path with several other ventures in the works. He is always looking to help those around him and be a connector within the DFW space. He firmly believes in the Law of Reciprocity and helping people achieve the best versions of themselves.
Andrew Reed
J. Andrew Reed is a native Texan and a Senior Associate at Carstens & Cahoon, LLP, a boutique Intellectual Property law firm in Dallas. Andrew graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor and Master of Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering. He attended Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where he served as the president of the Intellectual Property Organization and as an Article Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review. During law school, he competed as a member of the SMU AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court team, moving on to coach and mentor the team after graduating in 2016. Currently, Andrew also serves as the Vice President of Sponsorship for the Success North Dallas Young Executives. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing and writing music, and outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, international Olympic trap, and other clay target sports.

Kevin Bogenreif - Founder & Emeritus
Mr. Bogenreif is a Founder and Board Member Emeritus of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen of Texas. He resigned from active duties with LXG following his relocation the Midwest, however provides strategic direction to the Board from time to time.
He is currently a Senior Director with Summit Ag Investors, part of Summit Agricultural Group, and is focused on the firm's private equity investment platform fund investing across the agriculture, food, and renewable energy industries. He is involved across all aspects of the investment cycle including investment execution, capital markets and investor relations. Between his current role and previous roles, he has completed $750M+ in financings investing both debt and equity as a primary deal lead. Prior to Summit, he was an executive within a Texas family office supporting a descendant of H.L. Hunt leading execution of private investments, risk management oversight, and served on the investment committee. Previous to the family office, he was Director of Originations for Neptune Financial, a start-up private credit platform. Before Neptune, he was a VP at Texas Capital where he led deal execution of LBO and growth financings for entrepreneurs and sponsors, and BB&T Bank (now Truist) as a graduate of their Leadership Development Program. He has served on local boards for ACG, First Tee, and other non-profits. Mr. Bogenreif is a graduate of Southern Methodist University's business school with a degree in accounting. He is an aviation enthusiast and holds a private pilot license and instrument rating.
